1. Orders & Delivery Karachi: Delivery within 24 hours

Rest of Pakistan: Delivery within 3 working days

Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

2. Payment We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Full payment is collected upon delivery.

3. Returns & Exchanges You can return or exchange any unused, unopened product within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned product is inspected.

4. Product Authenticity All perfumes are locally crafted using high-quality ingredients.

Every fragrance is tested and packaged under strict quality standards.
